are very particular about the quality of our lace. Merchandise must be
in perfect condition for us to sell to another customer. There will be
a 20% restocking fee for merchandise not returned in salable condition,
and/or packaging damaged or missing. Please treat the
lace and packaging
carefully.
There may be fees charged if we agree to accept a return when notified past 20 days.
We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number to
use for returning your order.

Checks may delay shipment of your order by approximately 3 weeks. Please make a note to
check with us about 7 days after mailing your check or money order to make sure

International
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Novus, & American Express.
We cannot accept International Money Orders.
International customers can select UPS (United Parcel Service) or
International Express (Mail). We like the Express Mail because we have some tracking. Shipments outside the USA will have higher shipping costs. Shipping charges are by weight and postal code. Your order will be adjusted accordingly. Please email if you want to confirm shipping costs.

The customer
is responsible for the monetary exchange rate and any fees, such as duty, that
may be charged at delivery, which is beyond our control.

Choose UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground service or USPS Priority Mail (US Post Office Ground for PAckages) to ensure you of fast and
reliable delivery. USPS Priority Mail must be used for APO, FPO's and PO Boxes. It is recommended for Alaska
and Hawaii. USA customers may choose either on the order form.

available upon request and will be charged accordingly.
